Expression of Interest for Shared Arts Building

The Victoria Sustainable Arts Coalition is working to secure over 13,000 square feet of office and studio space in a downtown building, with occupancy beginning next summer (within 12 months). This space will include shared amenities and 18 assigned parking stalls.

To proceed, we need clear information from you as an individual or as an organization about your space needs, parking needs, and level of commitment.

You are also invited to attend an open house on Thursday, September 25, 2025 at 6pm at 722 Johnson Street (1st floor), where we will share floor plans, the costing model, and discuss governance.

This survey should take 10 minutes to complete.

The deadline for survey responses is Tuesday, September 16, 2025, at midnight.
