Program Overview
The NORIA Educator Externship is a paid, 3-day professional development opportunity for middle and high school educators. This program allows participants to engage with the industrial manufacturing industry through on-site experiences, interactive demonstrations, and facilitated discussions with industry professionals. Participants go behind the gates of industrial manufacturing facilities to see firsthand how classroom concepts apply to high-demand careers.

Selected participants will receive a $1,000.00 stipend upon completion of all three days. Previous participants are ineligible to apply.
