Who we are:
The Lived Experience Leadership & Advocacy Network (LELAN) was founded in 2017 to provide a way for people with lived experience of mental health issues to have a voice and collectively influence change in South Australia. The organisation is by, for and with people with personal lived experience (consumers) and values the support of carers, allies, other people and organisations who join us in making a difference for how mental health issues are understood and supported in our state.
Types of membership:
Individual Member – Any person over 16 years of age with a personal lived experience of mental health issues who supports the objects of the association and agrees to be bound by its rules.
Individual Carer and Ally Member - Any person over 16 years of age who supports the objects of the association and agrees to be bound by its rules.
Organisational Member – Any organisation that supports the objects of the association and agrees to be bound by its rules.

Annual membership fee's:
Individual Member - waged $50, unwaged/concession $20
Individual Carer & Ally Member - waged $50, unwaged/concession $20
Organisational Member - income < $1m – $100, income > $1m – $250
Becoming a member:
This form is an application for membership. When your application and payment have both been received it will go to the LELAN Board for endorsement. You will be notified of your acceptance as a member of the organisation via email.
Payments for individual payment can be made through Bank Transfer to Bendigo Bank BSB: 325-185 Account: 03723326. Please put your name as the reference
Cheque or Mail Order (made payable to Lived Experience Leadership & Advocacy Network) will also be accepted.
