Introduction to the survey
We want to understand the barriers, opportunities and support needs of businesses in Scotland in relation to food waste reduction. This survey is for businesses in:
• Hospitality (e.g., hotels, restaurants)
• Food & drink manufacturing
• Retail and wholesale
If your organisation works across multiple sectors, please think about the sector where your organisation produces the most food waste when answering the survey. Drink manufacturers should include drink waste in responses.
The survey takes 10 - 15 minutes. Your answers will help Zero Waste Scotland design future support programmes. Responses are anonymous unless you agree to be contacted. Data will be managed under Enscape Consulting’s privacy policy which can be found here.
