Your contribution will make a difference

The incidence and adverse impact of Transvaginal Mesh Implants (TVM) on Australian women is unknown. There is little information about the number of women who have undertaken the procedure and less about those who have suffered from side-effects. We do know from the many women who have come forward that the adverse outcomes can be severe.

Our aim is to understand the magnitude of the problem gain an insight into the success rate of this procedure and to address the circumstances of women who have experienced poor outcomes.

By capturing this information, we intend to hold the health system accountable and ensure that no more women suffer the consequences.

We appreciate that the information you are providing is very personal. Please be assured that your privacy will be respected. Information collected will be treated anonymously and will only be used to inform our submission to the Senate Inquiry that has been set up to establish the extent of this problem.

We are now seeking donations to continue this important work throughout May and give mesh-affected women the voice they deserve to have heard. You are able to make a donation here.
