2026 PWC Award Ceremony Nominations

On June 5th, 2026, the Colorado Professionals in Workers’ Compensation (PWC) will gather at the Downtown Aquarium for our annual Awards Banquet—a premier evening dedicated to honoring the excellence, integrity, and hard work that define our industry. This is your chance to shine a spotlight on the standout adjusters, attorneys, medical providers, and risk management experts who go above and beyond every day. We invite you to help us recognize the "best of the best" by submitting your nominations; your input ensures that the true leaders of the Colorado workers' comp community receive the prestigious recognition they deserve.
1.Outstanding DOWC/OAC Award: nominated individuals are employees of the DOWC/OAC who have diligently and effectively contributed to the state workers' compensation system
2.Outstanding Employer Award: nominated individuals/companies have developed creative prevention, safety, or intervention techniques to manage workers' compensation.
3.Outstanding Ancillary Service Award – nominees are IME vendors, surveillance companies, transportation and translation, rehabilitation counselors & vocational rehabilitation counselors who have provided exemplary service.
4.Outstanding Medical Provider of the Year Award – nominated individuals are physicians whose diagnostic, evaluation, treatment and/or consultation skills are relied upon to manage injured workers’ care or their claims, including psychologists and chiropractors.
5.Outstanding Nurse or Certified Case Manager Award: nominated individuals are nurses who have enhanced workers care with skill, cost effective management, and effective communication.
6.Outstanding Claim Representative Award: nominated individuals are adjusters (claims representatives) who have demonstrated achievement in the effective management of injury claims.
7.Outstanding Respondent Attorney Award: nominated individuals are lawyers who have diligently and and effectively represented employers in the compensation system, and who have contributed to the workers' compensation system and/or community in which they serve. 
8.Outstanding Claimant Attorney Award: nominees are lawyers who have diligently and effectively represented injured workers in the system and have contributed to the workers' compensation law and community in which they serve.
