Scribblers on the Road: Be part of our Family Fun Day |
Scribblers on the Road is FORM’s travelling stories and storytelling program.
On Saturday 8 June 2024, we’re bringing several national and international creatives to Hedland to host a free Family Fun Day together with local authors, illustrators and storytellers at the JD Hardie Youth Centre.
We’re looking for community members who would like to be involved in this exciting event. We have the following opportunities available:
Community Stalls
This opportunity is open to local businesses who would like to host an art or craft activity to share with the community. It’s a great chance to get the word out about your business and connect with the community.
10AM – 2PM outside JD Hardie Youth Centre.
Volunteers
Scribblers is run by a small, passionate team and we always appreciate a helping hand. We’re on the lookout for volunteers to help us on the Family Fun Day. It’s a great opportunity to gain work experience, connect with fellow creatives, and perhaps meet a favourite author or artist. Lunch is provided.
10AM – 4PM at the JD Hardie Youth Centre.
