The role of the Logistics & Defence Skills Council (LDSC) is to provide strategic workforce development advice to the State Training Board (STB) and the Department of Training and Workforce Development (DTWD) regarding industry areas: Aviation, Defence, Defence Industries, Rail, Road Transport, Maritime, Ports and Stevedoring, Warehousing and Logistics, Postal and Freight Forwarding, Retail, and Wholesale.
