Please complete this conflict request form by Friday, March 6th.
We will make every attempt to accommodate as many requests as possible.

* If you have an all-day conflict, we will look to avoid scheduling your double header on the date you list as your all-day conflict.
** There will be no matches on Sunday, April 5th.
