Welcome to the ACA Pulse Check Survey 2025.

It is the fifth anniversary of our first Pulse Check survey. Five years on, as we navigate challenging economic conditions and head towards a federal election, now is the ideal moment to check in and understand how practices are faring.

Please contribute! The survey will help build meaningful longitudinal knowledge and ensure that we can provide appropriate support to members and direct our advocacy in the most effective way.

Please answer once per practice, or one survey per state for multi-state offices – your answers should be accurate at the time of the survey.

All survey responses are strictly confidential and will be de-identified before analysis and reporting. Contact details, including email addresses, will be removed to ensure that no individual or practice can be linked to the findings.
