All responses will be treated as confidential and used for organizational purposes. Aggregated and de‑identified information (i.e., information that cannot reasonably be used to identify you) may be shared within NPIAP and with third parties for analysis, reporting, or other legitimate business purposes. NPIAP may sell survey data only in de‑identified form; no personal data will be sold. NPIAP will not attempt—nor permit others to attempt—to re‑identify individual respondents.
