Neurodivergence in the RAF:
A Lived Experience Evaluation

Purpose of the Evaluation

The RAF Families Federation, on behalf of the RAF People and Families Team, is conducting this confidential evaluation to better understand the first-hand experiences of neurodivergent RAF serving personnel.

It is recognised that neurodivergence can be experienced and understood in a variety of ways, including through formal diagnosis, self-identification, personal exploration, or lived experience without a formal diagnosis.

This evaluation aims to capture the full breadth of those experiences, the findings of which will be shared with the RAF to help inform future policy, support, and decision-making in this area.

Why take part?

Your insights are highly valued and will contribute to building a clearer and more comprehensive picture of how neurodivergence is experienced across the RAF community.

Completing the Evaluation

The evaluation should take around 10 minutes to complete, although this may vary depending on the level of detail you choose to provide.

If you have any questions about the evaluation, please contact us at enquiries@raf-ff.org.uk

All responses will be treated confidentially and reported anonymously.
