The purpose of this form is to gather information, concerns, questions and/or details about specific individual cases in relation to the distribution of the 2020 salary compression adjustments, as established in the NYS-UUP contract.   Note: This intake form is not to be used in lieu of contacting campus Human Resources with questions about your specific circumstances.
