This survey is hosted by SurveyMonkey.  SurveyMonkey has extensive policies and procedures to safeguard the information you provide, including physical infrastructure security and secure encrypted connectivity.  SurveyMonkey Security  The Stormwater Task Force will strictly limit access to any personal information you provide and use it solely to map and prioritize issues, to contact you in the event that the problem you are reporting requires clarification, and - if you so choose - to update you on Task Force activities.
