1.Introduction
At Chapter, we’re exploring how we can build a strong and sustainable future. We’re looking at how we use the building, including the Café&Bar, and at the difference our work makes to people and communities.
Your answers will help us understand what people value about Chapter, what could work better and what should be protected for the future.
We’d love to hear from you, whether you visit regularly or haven’t been for a while.
We know some people have shared their views with us before, and we really appreciate that. This survey is part of a separate piece of work, so we’d be grateful if you would share your perspective again.
The survey takes about 15 minutes, or around five minutes if you haven’t visited in the last year. There are no right or wrong answers; we simply want your honest view.
Your answers will be anonymous. At the end, you can optionally leave your contact details to hear what happens next, take part in a short follow-up conversation or enter a prize draw.
Everyone who completes the survey and provides their contact details can enter a prize draw to win two cinema tickets and a £50 voucher for Chapter’s Café&Bar.
Diolch. Thank you for helping to shape Chapter’s future.
