Introduction

The Techquity for Health Awards program is an annual, global competition run by HLTH Foundation and its Techquity for Health Coalition, which champions efforts to achieve health equity via digital health. This program aims to give visibility to best practices, leaders and innovative approaches to achieving health techquity, and to enhance understanding of its importance for improving health disparities. Eligibility & Submission Categories

Who Should Apply
Any organization using technology or data to:
  • Mitigate health outcome or access disparities or inequities
  • Develop methods for achieving equity in technology development, access, or use
  • Assess health equity enabled by technology

Submission Categories
Submit your initiative in one of these three categories:
  1. Digital health tools
  2. Tech-enabled health programs
  3. Health data initiatives which aim to influence health disparities or inequities

We anticipate that the application will take approximately 45 minutes to complete and can be previewed here. Scroll to complete the actual application.

Please note that we will not review incomplete submissions, nor applications that have clearly been generated via AI and lack original thinking.

Application Timeline
Apply by August 29, 2025 at 5PM EST. Finalists will be notified in mid-November. We cannot accommodate applicant requests for information about award notifications before that time or provide scoring feedback on submissions.
