The Mental Health Coalition of South Australia (MHCSA) is delivering a collaborative project to enhance mental wellbeing support for women aged 65 - 74 in The City of Salisbury Council area.
This project is an extension of the ACDC Project, which saw more than 3000 doors knocked on across The City of Salisbury Council.
Householder data revealed considerable mental health need, particularly for people over the age of 65, and national research has highlighted additional need for women aged 65 – 74.
Additional funding has now been made available by the Department of Social Services (DSS) to further investigate mental wellbeing in The City of Salisbury Council area, and at the end of this survey there is an opportunity to register to attend a free Women’s Roundtable in Salisbury in March.
