You are invited to take part in a survey to better understand what people know about new treatments for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). We also want to hear about any questions, concerns, or challenges people may have when accessing these treatments after they are prescribed by a doctor. Eligible participants must be age 18 years or older, have been diagnosed with COPD and currently using inhaled and/or nebulized treatments for your COPD. This survey is sponsored and funded by AstraZeneca, a pharmaceutical company, in collaboration with the COPDF Foundation.
