Accessing the internet and services online has become part of everyday life. For some this is a convenient way to get jobs done at a time that suits them, for others it can be daunting and full of frustration.

We are seeking to understand how digital and accessing services online can improve peoples lives and want to hear first-hand your experiences.

What services do you access online? Where have you had a good experience, where has it been frustrating or difficult to use? Looking around you at family, friends and your wider community - what do you think their experiences are? We want to use your views to inform how we design our services in the future.

The session will last 2 hours, we will provide food and drink and pay you for your time with a £50 voucher. Please register your interest below if you'd like to take part and a member of the team will be in touch if you are selected.

Thank you for taking the time to participate, it will make a difference to our online services in the future.
