Beyond Diversity Leadership Cohort 2026–2027 Application

Thank you for your interest in the Beyond Diversity Leadership Cohort 2027. The Beyond Diversity program is an eight-month leadership cohort within the RACE + DISABILITY Initiative, a collaboration of FISA Foundation, The Heinz Endowments, and The Pittsburgh Foundation. The program supports organizations committed to advancing racial and disability equity in the workplace through guided learning, peer collaboration, strategy sessions, and project development. Program Expectations Participants are expected to: 
<ul>
<li>Attend and actively participate in the majority of the cohort sessions.</li>
<li>Engage respectfully in discussions and peer learning activities.</li>
<li>Complete readings and other preparation activities.</li>
<li>Develop an organizational project.</li>
</ul>
 Application deadline: October 19, 2026 Final decisions will be made by: November 20, 2026
