Muscular Dystrophy Australia (MDA) is the national peak body supporting people living with neuromuscular conditions (NMD) across Australia. We work to deliver practical support and create a bright future for the NMD community.
We are conducting our annual community survey to better understand your needs, track our progress, and guide future strategic priorities. Your insights will help shape the programs, activities and services we provide to clients, families and the broader NMD community.
All participants can enter the random prize draw to win a $500 Prezzee eGift card. Simply provide your contact details at the end of the survey.
Protecting your privacy
This survey is anonymous unless you choose to share your contact details, for example, if you request a call from our team or enter the prize draw. All information you provide will be stored securely by MDA.
Any personal data you choose to provide will not be shared, and all findings will be reported only in aggregated form so individual responses cannot be identified.
