ABOUT YOU
As well as understanding people's experiences across the Diocese, we also want to understand whether there is any relationship between people's demographic characteristics and their survey responses. For example, this may help us understand whether people in similar age groups report similar experiences of wellbeing. Without this information, it is difficult to identify patterns across different groups and ensure our response to the survey is informed by those findings. If you feel comfortable doing so, we would be grateful if you completed this section.
