Whiddon is currently reviewing workforce gaps across our regional sites to better understand where additional support is needed. As you may be aware, regional areas continue to experience challenges in attracting local applicants, and supporting these sites remains a key priority for our organisation.

While our primary focus is on recruiting locally wherever possible, we also want to be proactive in planning ahead. In situations where local recruitment is unsuccessful and visa sponsorship is available; we would like to understand whether any current Whiddon staff members from other sites may be interested in relocating to a different Whiddon regional site where opportunities are available.
