Thanks for taking part in our 2026 member survey – we really value your feedback. Our survey is one of the keyways we listen to our members and use your input to shape our priorities for the year ahead.
As a thank you, everyone who completes the survey can enter a prize draw to win a £50 John Lewis voucher. If you choose to enter, your email address will be stored separately from your responses (see T&Cs below).

Please read these rules carefully. If you submit your details to the survey, we will assume that you have read these rules and that you agree to them.

Entry is free. The winner will be contacted by email. If you enter the draw then your email address will be held separately to your survey responses. This survey is being run by FDF.
