Nominations will close at midnight EST on December 19, 2025.

Nominations are evaluated by a Selection Committee comprised of members who identify award winners. Nominators should read the award criteria carefully before submitting a nomination. Please highlight the candidate's work in a way that makes their accomplishments clear to the Selection Committee. Submitting multiple entries of the exact same form will not improve a candidate's chances of being selected. No company or individual may submit more than one nomination, only the first nomination will be considered. (Only the fields with * are required.)
