This is a vibrant community event that supports both people and pets in the Atlanta area. Hosted by Love For Animals, this event will take place at Atlanta Humane Society and is powered by a coalition of partner organizations, this event offers a variety of hands-on ways to get involved. Volunteers will be matched with activities based on their interests.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY
I, the undersigned, understand and acknowledge that my participation as a volunteer with Love For Animals may involve contact with and care of various animals, and participation in outdoor and indoor activities, which includes inherent risks such as animal bites, scratches, allergic reactions, transmission of zoonotic diseases, and other personal injuries or property damage. I hereby voluntarily assume all risks associated with volunteering for Love For Animals and agree to release, waive, and discharge Love For Animals, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any injury, illness, damage, or loss sustained by me during my volunteer work.

VOLUNTEER CONDUCT AGREEMENT
I agree to: Follow all safety instructions and training provided. Treat all animals with care and respect. Immediately report any injuries, accidents, or unsafe conditions. Not hold Love For Animals liable for any harm resulting from my own negligence or disregard of guidelines.

MEDICAL TREATMENT AUTHORIZATION
I authorize Love For Animals to seek emergency medical treatment on my behalf if I am injured while volunteering. I understand I am responsible for all medical expenses incurred.
