Survey Questions

The following questions are designed to collect your insight about how the food, nutrition, and dietetics profession has changed during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Your feedback will be used to build a Continuing Education Webinar that will dive deeper into these trends while exploring the ways the current shifts in perceptions, behaviors, and expectations will influence the food and nutrition landscape of the future. Webinar registration details will be shared via email this summer.

Additionally, all survey respondents will be eligible for one of three $150 Amazon gift cards — awarded via random drawing.

This survey is brought to you by a third-party, commodity board sponsor of the Today’s Dietitian Spring Symposium. We will reveal the sponsor at the end of the survey as to not influence survey responses. Thank you for taking the survey!
