Length of Breakout Session:
The session should be 90 minutes in length, including the question & answer portion if the presenters wish to include one.

Reimbursement:
Up to TWO presenters will be able to attend the two-day conference (April 23 & 24) at no cost. Mileage, for the day of the presentation, will be covered at the current state rate – if not covered by the presenter’s employer.

Panels:
Please note that panels should be limited to four panelists.

Room Setup:
The session rooms will be set up to accommodate participants in crescent rounds, with a podium and, if applicable for the session, panel table at the front of the room.

Submissions are due by Oct. 24, 2025.
The Together for Children team will be reviewing breakout session proposals over the week of Oct. 27, and presenters will be notified regarding their selection status by Nov. 7.
