Fall 2025 Emerging Leaders Class Cohort
Established in 2011, Emerging Leaders is designed to develop and expand the capacity of tomorrow’s leaders. Over the program course, participants will gain:
- Effective leadership skills and strategies.
- An understanding of emerging local trends.
- Skills to enhance your leadership potential.
- Awareness of what it takes to lead and succeed.
Program Qualifications:
- Have demonstrated career growth with a minimum of four years of professional experience.
- Be employed by an active member of the Raleigh Chamber of Commerce
- Receive consent of immediate supervisor to participate.
- Participate in the Orientation and at least four of the class sessions.

December 16 – Danny Rosin, President & Co-Owner, Brand Fuel, Co-Founder, Band Together & Emma Keenan, Director of Happiness, Brand Fuel
*Note this session will take place from 8:30-11:30 a.m., and will introduce participants to the Enneagram. The Enneagram aims to help individuals understand their core motivations, behaviors, and patterns of thinking and feeling. It's used for self-discovery, personal growth, and improving relationships by providing insights into one's own personality and how it interacts with others.
