Please read the information below before proceeding through the application process.

Within this application, you will see three application options once you have entered your contact information on the first page. Please continue reading for more information on how to apply.

The ANFP Leadership Development Committee is seeking nominations for individuals interested in serving on the ANFP Board of Directors, the Nutrition & Foodservice Education Foundation (NFEF), and the Certified Board of Dietary Managers (CBDM) as well as committees. Volunteer board members interpret bylaws, make policy decisions, and are committed to advancing the mission of building an inclusive community of experts in foodservice management and food safety through education, advocacy, and research.

You will receive a confirmation e-mail with further instructions on the next steps to complete the process if you are applying for a Board position, including requests for additional required documents which are noted below.

Application Options

Option 1 - Committees Only: Committee positions are open to individuals that meet the criteria (please see committee descriptions and criteria here) and complete the brief application. Please note, if you are applying for the Program Review Committee, you will be required to submit/upload a resume within the application.

Option 2 - ANFP/CBDM/NFEF Board Only: Board positions are open to individuals that meet the criteria (please see committee descriptions and criteria here). In addition to the application, board candidates are required to submit the following:

- Completed application
- Resume with Volunteer Experience (upload within application)
- Letter of Support from Employer (instructions to follow)
- Digital Photo (instructions to follow)

Option 3 - ANFP/CBDM/NFEF Board & Committees: Board and committee positions are open to individuals that meet the criteria (please see committee descriptions and criteria here). Those applying for both Board and committee positions are required to submit the following:

- Completed application
- Resume with Volunteer Experience (upload within application)
- Letter of Support from Employer (instructions to follow)
- Digital Photo (instructions to follow)
