The Pennsylvania Recreation and Park Society and Pennsylvania Association of Environmental Educators Conference Committee is seeking proposals for educational sessions to be presented at their 2020 Joint Annual Conference & Expo. The Conference will be held Tuesday-Friday, March 17-20 at Seven Springs Mountain Resort, Champion, PA.

The conference will be attended by over 500 persons involved in the broad field of recreation, parks, environmental education, and conservation. Attendees include, but are not limited to:

• Managers and staff of local, county, state, federal, and non-profit recreation, park, and nature center facilities.
• Conservation organizations’ areas and facilities.
• Aquatic facility managers.
• Trail and greenway coordinators.
• Local and state government officials.
• Volunteer Board/Friends Members
• Students in parks and recreation, environmental education, environmental science or related college programs, and formal and informal environmental education professionals.

Session formats may include single speakers, panel presentations, interactive programs, and hands-on demonstrations, outdoors activities, etc. Multiple sessions are available (details below), included half and full-day pre-conference workshops.

The 2020 Conference Committee is emphasizing sessions that fall within the following program paths with a focus on the conference theme: Live, Learn, Play
