Parish of Upper Clatford covering the villages of Anna Valley, Red Rice and Upper Clatford

Part 1 - To be completed by main household occupant(s)

Test Valley Borough Council has been commissioned to undertake an independent survey to assess the current and future need for different types of housing in the Parish, with the main focus on local affordable housing need.

This survey is being completed as a joint partnership arrangement between Upper Clatford Parish Council and Test Valley Borough Council.

We are keen to hear from all households and want to obtain your views on housing in the Parish and understand what type of housing may be required both now and in the future by you, or other members of your family/household.

Please complete one survey per household. Please note that only one person (homeowner/tenant) needs to complete the questions on behalf of the whole household for Part 1.

If there are people in housing need please ask them to complete Part 2. If there is more than one person in housing need or a family member has moved out of the parish and wishes to return, they should complete a separate survey.
