The purpose of this community survey is to gain a better understanding of what the public would like to see the exterior of the 11 Warren Street building look like as a result of the upcoming renovation. Participants will be asked to provide feedback on what design elements, finishes, and materials they prefer for the exterior of the building. Participants will also be asked to identify how best they think the building could be designed to fit in with the surrounding neighborhood. Please note that both the City of Hudson’s Comprehensive Plan and the Zoning Code Design Guidelines were extensively reviewed prior to the development of the three design concepts proposed in this survey.
What this survey is not intended to do is decide programming in the building and nearby land uses. Columbia County has taken ownership of the building and will work with the relevant parties to ensure that 11 Warren Street is being utilized to its highest and best use.
