6.Stromness Local Place Plan Review
The Stromness Community Development Trust is coordinating the refresh of the Local Place Plan to help shape the future of Stromness parish. This builds on the 2019 Stromness Place Plan and the work already underway by local groups and partners, helping us join up priorities and agree what matters most for the years ahead.
We want to hear from everyone with a connection to Stromness. Your views and experiences will help ensure the Plan reflects real needs and priorities.
We know people can feel consulted-out. This refresh is focused on fewer, clearer priorities and on being honest about what can be delivered locally, what needs partnership working, and what the Plan can influence through principles and expectations (for example for private or market-led development).
You don’t need to answer every question. Please score each theme as you go, and add comments on the topics that matter most to you. You can stop at any point — partial responses still help.
We are not asking for any personal identifiable information. All responses will be analysed collectively and used only to support the refreshed Local Place Plan for Stromness and summary reporting back to the community.
