Storm Lake Parent Child Care Needs Survey |
Dear Parent or Future Parent,
Child care has been identified as a need in the Storm Lake area. To better understand the need so that potential solutions can be identified, the City of Storm Lake, along with assistance from First Children’s Finance (FCF) is conducting a child care study and we need your help!
A part of this study is to gain feedback from parents currently using or would like to use child care in Storm Lake. This includes individuals that may not have children today, but plan to have or adopt in the next 5 years. If you do not use child care and do not wish to in the future, or if you prefer child care in a community other than Storm Lake, you do not need to complete this survey.
This survey takes approximately 15 minutes to complete. Please complete only one survey per household.

Confidentiality: All survey results are collected and analyzed by First Children’s Finance (FCF), acting as an independent third party. Individual responses are kept confidential and will not be shared with anyone outside FCF personnel. When results are reported, they will be aggregated (individual results combined and reported as a group). Comments submitted may be reported individually and will be used verbatim as long as an individual respondent, local employer, or child care program cannot be identified, in which case they may be partially reported or edited to remove the identifying information.
