Steps to Success is a program designed to support underemployed and unemployed individuals gain practical experience, skills, and knowledge in licensed early childhood centres through work placements and studies at Holland College.
When a participant successfully completes the education and workplace training, they will have the credentials required to become certified as an Early Childhood Intern on Prince Edward Island.
This program is developed and managed by the Early Childhood Development Association and funded by the Department of Workforce, Advanced Learning, and Population through the Canada-PEI Labour Market Agreements.
