Introduction

UHC2030 is currently collecting stories and evidence on how people access and experience health care services in their communities.

Many countries are taking real and measurable steps forward to achieve UHC. To better understand these global and country commitments, we’re producing a multi-stakeholder review called the ‘State of UHC Commitment’ with hard data about how governments are delivering on their commitment to UHC.

This survey is seeking responses from organizations working towards UHC and aims to:
  • Gain insight into progress towards UHC at country and community levels through collecting the experiences of non-government actors, especially civil society and private sector
  • Ensure that UHC2030's State of UHC commitment review reflects the reality of UHC in communities

How will we use your data?
Answers provided in this survey, such as quotes or any data, may be referenced or directly included in our online country profiles or report. The information provided will not be attributed to specific people and the survey respondent's name and information will remain anonymous; however, names of organizations may be presented. Data will not be shared with third parties and you are welcome to leave questions blank.

How to fill in the survey
The survey questions relate to selected commitments made in the Political Declaration on UHC, which align with the Key Asks from the UHC movement.

We would like you to reach out and engage your community or constituency directly with the questions in this survey if you can. If possible, we encourage you to hold a consultation with your membership to provide UHC2030 with a consolidated understanding of the perceptions and challenges of UHC experienced by your membership. This year, the survey is seeking submissions from organization representatives. You may wish to share data and materials by using the file uploader function at the end of the survey.

Deadline
The survey will close on 10 September 2020, but we are grateful for responses as soon as possible. If you have any questions or issues, please contact info@uhc2030.org
