Have your say

The Springfield Station is getting busier with increasing patronage. I want to hear from you about options for additional carparking or alternatives.

Feedback from this survey will support my ongoing advocacy to the State Government, Ipswich City Council, and Queensland Rail to secure a solution for commuters at Springfield Station.
OPTION 1 - Utilising adjoining land for additional carparking
There is land adjoining the current park 'n' ride at Springfield Station owned by Queensland Rail.

1.Would you support a request for this land to be developed into additional carparking for Springfield Station?
2.Please provide any comment on Option 1
OPTION 2 - Building a new carpark across the pedestrian bridge at Springfield Lakes

The Ipswich City Council owns land on James Josey Avenue, Springfield Lakes that was originally earmarked for additional carparking.
3.Would you support a request for this land to be developed into additional carparking for Springfield Station
4.Please provide any comment on Option 2
OPTION 3 - Indented carparking along Nev Smith Drive
Turning the existing grassed verges into dedicated commuter carparking
5.Would you support a request for the grassed verges beside the existing park 'n' ride to be converted into dedicated commuter carparks for the Station?
6.Please provide any comment on Option 3
OPTION 4 - Additional or improved connecting bus services to the Springfield Station interchange
Providing an option for better connecting bus services - cost would be included in train fare (transfer)

8.Please provide any comment on Option 4
9.Do you have any other suggestions for improving carparking at Springfield Station?
