Earlier in 2026 EPHMRA launched the Senior Directors Industry Forum (peer online group) and we are now looking to launch a Senior Directors Agency Forum (SDAF).
What’s it all About?
In today’s evolving pharma landscape, ensuring the continued relevance and influence of insights has never been more critical.
What should you expect? A confidential, peer-led exchange (Chatham House rules) designed to foster open and honest discussion.
EPHMRA is now looking for 3-4 agency side colleagues to spearhead the SDAF. We are looking for colleagues who:
- Have 15+ years experience in the healthcare MR industry
- Currently have board level responsibility, or equivalent – reports to the CEO
- Manage a meaningful sized P&L and accountable for profitability
- Leads commercial strategy, pricing and/ or business transformation
- Demonstrates strategic influence, e.g. leads AI or innovation strategy or involved in M&A / partnerships
Time commitment:
- At least 2 calls per quarter for planning (30 minutes each) and after the calls help in generating agendas and discussion topic guides
- Attend each Forum/co-moderate*
- Coach and brief any EPHMRA recruited speakers
(please only apply if you can make the time commitment)
*Forum calls are held every 2 months and last for 60 minutes.
Personal skill set we are looking for:
- Mind set to challenge, influence and add value in a discussion
- You have gravitas and are respected by other agency members
- Ability to elevate the discussion beyond their own company
- You are willing to share your ideas and expertise
- Have significant strategic impact
- You are successfully running a mid to large sized global insights agency or able to significantly shape one.
