2026 Conference Banquet Seating Request

Please submit only ONE REQUEST PER GROUP with up to eight seats together.
If you select fewer than eight, the remaining spots will be assigned to other members or small groups. If you have no seating preference, you do not need to submit a form; your seat will be assigned.
Requests received after the June 3 deadline will not be accepted.
You will receive your reserved table information at Conference in your registration packet.
Each table will be named after a line of pottery or decoration, which has no bearing on where the table is located in the room.
