Some residential areas in Saskatoon experience significant on-street parking congestion, usually generated by nearby businesses or institutions.  The Residential Parking Program minimizes this congestion by limiting non-resident parking to a maximum amount of time so that on-street space is continuously made available in these areas.  Eligible residents can purchase a permit which allows them to park their vehicle near their homes beyond the posted time limit.

The current Residential Parking Permit zones are in the following areas:
  • Varsity View;
  • City Park;
  • Caswell Hill;
  • South Caswell Hill;
  • Riversdale;
  • Pleasant Hill; and
  • J.J. Thiessen (near Marion Graham Collegiate).
The following survey is your opportunity to provide input on Saskatoon's Residential Parking Program.  It should take approximately 5-10 minutes to fill out the survey completely.

Thank you for taking the time to provide your input.
