Introduction
Thank you for your time and interest in helping make Seymour’s roads and paths safer for everyone. As part of the Seymour Safety Action Plan, we are asking people who live, work, and play in Seymour to complete this survey so we can better understand travel behaviors, safety concerns, and opinions on how we can improve travel safety throughout Seymour. This survey will take approximately 5 to 10 minutes to complete.
At the end of the survey, there will also be a link to our safety mapping tool – we encourage you to share information about specific safety concerns you may have, like dangerous intersections, roads without sidewalks, or other issues you or your family members have experienced firsthand.
