Thank you for your interest in taking part in this survey.

At the Jack Petchey Foundation we create opportunities for young people aged 11-25 across London and Essex like you to build your skills, confidence and voice. That way, you can fulfil your potential and have a positive impact on society.

We value your opinions and put your ideas into action by building programmes you want and taking your views to key decision makers (like politicians) so that you are heard. We want as many people as possible aged 11-25 from London and Essex to tell us how confident they are in using their voice to share their views and opinions. Be sure to tell others to complete the survey.

This survey should take approximately 15 minutes to complete.

Prize Draw

By completing the survey and providing your contact details you will be entered into a prize draw to win £200. If you win that draw and 12 or more people aged 11-25 from your school, college or youth group also complete the survey, that organisation will also win a £500 grant. If you are not part of a school, college or youth group but get 12 or more people to complete the survey, we will provide the grant to an organisation of your choosing.
