Early bird pricing ($50) is available from July 1 to October 31, 2025. Regular pricing ($70) applies from November 1 to December 1, 2025. Please allow 1-2 weeks before you will receive a request for payment by email.

- I understand that community health guidelines and safety requirements may change, and I will be notified of the expectations prior to the event.

- I understand that if accepted and I do not adhere to the expectations, I will not be allowed to return as a parade unit for future Downtown Tempe Foundation events.

- I understand that upon approval of my application, I will be sent an electronic invoice and must make the payment by the deadline or forfeit my participation.
