Thank you for your interest in the NSF Engineering PLUS' 2023 STEM Peer Academy (https://engplusalliance.northeastern.edu/).

(We suggest one letter be provided from your Department Chair and/or Dean.)  We encourage you to gather all information in advance as this application must be completed in one sitting and cannot be saved or restarted at a later date.

The stEm PEER Academy is focused on addressing the lack of BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, People of Color) and female students in Engineering. What is one evidence-based strategy or program that you believe has the potential to be most beneficial for this population of students? How could you implement this strategy or program at your own institution?
