Criteria / qualifications:

- A current outstanding member of CARA
- Has gone above and beyond as board member and/or committee chair and/or member for CARA
- Regularly participates in CARA activities and CPRA functions
- Seen as a leader within CARA and inside his/her own organization

- Has been an outstanding member of CARA for at least ten years
- Is seen as a leader with CARA and CPRA
- Has served as a board member or committee chair/co-chair for several years and in several positions
- Is seen as a veteran leader within CARA, CPRA and within his/her own organization
- Is knowledgeable in all things CARA and CPRA
