Criteria / qualifications:
- A current member of CPRA and attends Aquatics Section meetings/events
- Has shown support of the Aquatics Section and is willing to contribute whenever a need arises
- Displays innovation and leadership within their professional role and shares these ideas with the Aquatics Section
