The Setting Sail for Success: Strategic Leadership Program is an advanced leadership development initiative specifically designed for women in business who are seeking to expand their leadership capacity, strengthen resilience, and foster meaningful peer-to-peer connections.

Facilitated by two highly accomplished leadership experts, Michelle McDonald of AOR 360 and Nathalie Arsenault of Align Solutions, this program equips participants with the knowledge, strategies, and practical tools required to lead with clarity, confidence, and purpose in today’s complex and rapidly evolving business environment.
