Welcome to the 2026 Rickenbacker Employer's Assistance Network (REAN) Wage & Benefit Survey!
Hello REAN Members.
At this time, we would like you to complete our annual REAN Wage and Benefits Survey. This important effort benchmarks wages and benefits of our Rickenbacker Area companies - particularly those involved in the warehousing and distribution space.
The survey is also used by our Economic Development Officials to help gauge the competitiveness of our Columbus Region.
The survey should take under 20 minutes. Those who complete the survey will receive a full copy of the survey results. No company names will be shared in those results, but they will show the range of responses.
