This is an AMDRAS approved Certificate of Training (COT) course. If you wish to become a nationally accredited mediator upon completion of the training you can apply to a Recognised Accreditation Provider for an assessment under the accreditation standards.

We have limited spaces available for this course. Your application will be considered and we will email you within 10 business days to confirm whether we can offer you a place.

If you identify as Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander, you may be eligible for a scholarship. There are limited scholarships available. Please let us know if you would like more information about how to apply.

18.Cancellation Policy

The Community Justice Centre reserves the right to cancel this course. You will be provided a full refund of your registration fees if the course is cancelled.

We appreciate that changing circumstances may result in you needing to cancel your registration. Please note that unless there are extenuating circumstances the CJC’s cancellation policy is as follows:
  • Cancellation before 4pm, 30 April 2026 (two weeks before the first day of the course) – full refund
  • Cancellation after 4pm, 30 April 2026 – no refund unless CJC determines exceptional circumstances apply. You will need to provide supporting material (for example medical certificate) which will be considered and determined by CJC at its sole discretion.
